An Interview with Doughadeer

1. How long have you been baking yummy delicious things?!

I've been baking most of my life! I started out with cupcakes a couple years ago and switched to Doughnuts after my wedding in June!

2. What made you decide on donuts?

Its funny actually. One night I was hungry for doughnuts and I remembered that Krispie Kreme was open late! I drove all the way down there only to find out that they weren't open late anymore! I drove home and got online to see how I could make them myself and the rest is history! I am super surprised at how fast they caught on and got popular.

3. Where do you see yourself/business in 5 years?

Oo great question! In 5 years I would love to be in a place where I can have my own kitchen, not rented and have an employee or two. I would also love to be more active in the wedding industry than I am so far and have even more advertising, newspapers and online :)

4. Where do you do all your baking?

I do my baking from a friend's restaurant kitchen for right now and next year will be looking for my own place! But even though the doughnuts are baked I don't need an oven so its interesting finding a place like that haha.

5. What kind of music do you like?

My music tastes are pretty all over the place! If you look in my ipod you will find anything from Justin Timberlake to Metallica to Usher to house music. Its pretty random since my husband and one of my best friends are DJs so I hear a LOT of music!

6. Tell us a bit about one of your personal goals.

I would love to own a home or condo...I can't WAIT to get out of an apartment! Renting is like throwing money away to me and I can't wait to not move every year!!!

I LOVE visiting here! You always have the most wonderful eye-candy. Loved your little q&a part. My mom was a DJ while I was growing up so I have a huge range of music genres that I love as well. Hope you're having a wonderful.
Be back soon!
Cheers,
Holly
